Would recomand for everyone. The hotel is perfect with an elegant atmosphere and an amazing location by the church. The breakfast is delicious and great with all varieties, has different food. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle from the airport.

Location is excellent. Large room. Great breakfast.
In 4 days, they never put soap and everything else in the bathroom. Towels in the stains. Few pillows ( 1 ) and one decorative.

Spotlessly clean, modern design. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent rates for a good quality hotel. Amazing shower in our bathroom!
The heat in our room was overpowering and we weren't able to turn this down. As the windows weren't able to open full it was very uncomfortable during our stay.

The location is super central. Rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a group getaway. Don't miss the food heaven at KaDeWe, great for snacks post-sightseeing!
One weird thing happened . Someone barged into my room while I was napping, even with the door locked! Just a mix-up, but it was weird and a bit unsettling.

The location was excellent, just of Kurfurstendamm, easy access to the main shopping centre, restaurants and bars.
The noise between rooms was a little annoying, seems to have very thin walls !

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast
I had a pretty good time , especially enjoying the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The staff, particularly Josefina, were helpful, especially with my phone issues. The room was spacious and had an opening window, which I loved. The air conditioning could use some improvement, as it wasn't efficient on a hot day.
